Accounting & Budgeting


The Accounting module includes Chart of Accounts, Budgets, Billing & Invoicing, and General Ledger. Each project, equipment item or other cost center relates to a specific account.




Module highlights:

     •The software uses job costing and "Activity-based costing" principles to manage costs.
     •Maintains budget and expenditure data for each ac­count for 36 months.
     •Billable project or equipment costs can be invoiced to customers. Excellent tool for FEMA or Grant reporting.
