Alert Reminders


The Alert Reminder module is one of the most useful features of CMS software. It surveys virtually every data table to identify items requiring immediate attention. This helps the department "stay on top" of operations.




Module highlights:

     •Allows users to specify modules he/she needs alerted on, while ignoring modules outside his/her scope of operations.
     •Can be set to display Alerts upon logging into CMS.
     •Right-click functionality allows the user to address reported issues; create an inspection for an item due one, order inventory below minimum quantities, and more.
     •Set any date to see what will be overdue in the future!
     •Email overdue Work Orders with a click of a button.
     •Can limit alerts for each user to their own department.

     •Annual Work Plans behind schedule
     •Projects over budget
     •Past-due Work Orders, and New Work Orders
     •Assets with a condition index below 50%, and assets due inspection
     •Equipment due maintenance
     •Material Inventory below minimum quantities
     •Past-due Purchase Orders
     •Employee alerts (such as CDL expiration, Hazmat due recertification, and Annual Performance Review due)
