Contract Management


The Contract Module manages contracts, and the costs of administering those contracts. You can create your own categories of contracts, create and modify contract records, and associated bid items. The Bid Items' activities inherent in the contract collect the labor, equipment, material, and contractor costs of administering your contract.




Module highlights:

     •Contracts can be referenced in Work Orders and Work Reports.
     •Vouchers (invoices) can be created for any work done against a contract bid item.
