Employee Management


The Employee Management module manages personnel information such as resource class, pay rate, pay classes for each pay type in the system, history, certifications, and more. Segment by department and position. Specify Benefit Percentages. Create a hierarchy by specifying supervisors for each employee. Track Annual Leave and Sick Leave accruals, usage, and balances. Specify how many hours each day each employee is expected to work.




Module highlights:

     •Applies labor costs to projects, equipment and other cost centers.
     •Manages full-time, part-time, seasonal and other employees. Can be segmented into Departments.
     •Employee data, wage and leave data, certification and personal history information is maintained.
     •Pay and leave information is maintained and can be exported into financial management systems.
     •Supports "crew" processing where one or more employees are consolidated into "crews". Create a "Holiday" crew, listing all employees. When a holiday occurs, one entry in Daily Work Reporting will automatically add leave records for all employees.
