Service Accounts


The Service Accounts Module manages service accounts, including customers. The module works in conjunction with Work Orders to perform services such as starting service, stopping service, meter reading, and meter replacement.




Module highlights:

     •System Preferences allow the user to pre-define defaults to speed up service account processes.
     •Assets tied to Service Accounts populate the Work Order and Work Report and collect the costs of the activities associated with Service Accounts.
