Vehicle Replacement Program


This module was designed for agencies maintaining and replacing equipment and desiring a multi-year plan to identify and budget equipment replacements by department, equipment type, mileage and other criteria.

The module provides full analysis of equipment purchase costs, inflation and salvage values, and identifies budget requirements by year and department.




Module highlights:

     •Cover page is included to help the user understand what he/she is about to see, including user-defined parameters and notes.
     •User input (such as inflation rate and salvage value) is used to help determine net replacement costs.
     •Includes many reports, in various formats (table-style reports, bar graphs, and pie charts).
     •Includes a report which lists equipment records which don't contain the information needed to be included in the Vehicle Replacement Plan!
