Installed: July 1999. Multi-user with Work Orders, Work Scheduling, Pavement, Roadway Features, Contract Management, Utility Management, Warehouse Requisitions, and Vehicle Replacement Program modules.


Arcadia, a suburb of Los Angeles, uses CMS to manage the department and has implemented the system city-wide. CitiTech extensively modified the Work Order module and created Water Service and Meter Replacement applications to accommodate user-specific needs. CitiTech also converted and imported existing equipment, inventory, sidewalk, curb/gutter, and sign data tables. Several special reports and modules, such as the Vehicle Replacement Program and Warehouse Requisitions, were created per Arcadia’s request.
