Alert Reminders and Report Module

The Alert Reminder module is one of the most useful features of CMS software. It surveys virtually every data table to identify items requiring immediate attention. Items include Annual Work Plans or General Operations that are behind schedule or overbudget, past due Work Orders, Assets or Equipment due maintenance or inspection, Material Inventory below reorder levels or above maximum quantities, past due Purchase Orders, Employees due CDL or Hazmat renewal or Annual Performance Review, and more. This helps the department "stay on top" of operations.
The Report Module automatically builds SQL query and allows user modifications. CMS provides use of the Report Writer, which facilitates user-defined or modified reports. The system includes over 150 pre-defined reports that can be modified with the Report Writer or through SQL ("Structured Query Language") to meet user requirements. The Report screen opens the door to SQL and the user can create and save very sophisticated SQL queries.
