Installed: July 1999. Multi-user with Work Orders, Work Scheduling, Pavement, Traffic Safety, Contract Management, Utility Management, Warehouse Requistions, and Vehicle Replacement Program modules.

Arcadia, a suburb of Los Angeles, uses CMS to manage the department and is in the process of implementing the system throughout the city. CitiTech extensively modified the Work Order module and created Water Service and Meter Replacement applications to accommodate user-specific needs. CitiTech also converted and imported existing equipment, inventory, sidewalk, curb / gutter, and sign data tables. Several special reports and modules, such as the Vehicle Replacement Program and Warehouse Requisitions, were created per Arcadia’s request.
