Glades County has created sophisticated user-defined reports using SQL. The assistant road superintendent offered numerous suggestions for enhancements and was directly responsible for improved inventory functionality because of his parts background.
Mike Jones, the Assistant Road Superintendent for Glades County Road Department at the time, used CMS after Hurricane Floyd and reported the FEMA representative was surprised at the level of detail the department could provide on the initial interview.
