Optional modules expand functionality and are full-featured, specialized applications which integrate instantly into the software. Modules can be user-modified to accommodate additional asset types.

Examples of how the Optional modules expand functionality:

~ Internet-based Service Requests can be brought in (selectively), and turned into Work Orders. These Work Orders can contain scheduled resources. When the Daily Work Report references the Work Order, the Work Order information, including scheduled resources, can populate the Daily Work Report.

~ In Daily Work Reporting, users have the option to assign resources based on the Resource Classes identified for that activity in the Annual Work Plan.
