This module is made up of three distinct parts:
- Work Order Scheduling is for assigning Work Orders to employees for a specific
date. You can easily drag-and-drop Work Orders on the screen and it automatically
assigns them to individuals or crews. You can also move to a different date so
you can group like Work Orders together.
- Calendar Alerts is the forecasting part of Work Scheduling. These
are things that are not scheduled yet, but you need to be aware of them. For
example, you can see all of the Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules that
are coming due and create Work Orders to get them completed.
- Resource Scheduling is for assigning specific resources (labor, equipment and
material) to a Work Order. This allows you to not only see what people are going
to work on but, you can also see what equipment and what material they will use.
