Manages water, wastewater, storm sewer and drainage systems and their
component parts. The costs of maintaining any of these types of systems
flows from the Time Ticket to the specific system or unit defined.
Structures due inspections will be included on the Alert Report. Works
with GIS/GPS applications.
Component parts that comprise systems or sub-systems are identified and
individually managed. Relationships between the component parts and the
system or sub-system allow cost management at both the general and detailed levels.

- Maintenance and inspection schedules for various components or elements are
maintained.
- Testing requirements, schedules, and results are tracked to assist in reporting.
- Maintains log points for GIS, GPS, or other systems.
- Maintains month-to-date, year-to-date, and last year costs.
- Allocates construction, repairs, and maintenance costs to a fund account.
