Richard Winans, shop foreman, has become very proficient as a system administrator. He has created and modified reports, built manual systems to support CMS data entry and understands the system.
CitiTech modified the Purchase Order screen and reports, per their request, because Mississippi law prohibits departments from issuing purchase "orders". They must be purchase "requests". These modifications were more than cosmetic. They altered how CMS handles Purchase "Requests" in Mississippi.
