CitiTech Systems, Inc. has a strong outreach program, and is one of the few companies that contacts it’s users regularly to ask how the software is performing. CitiTech also periodically publishes a newsletter, and holds a user conference where users meet with developers and other CMS users to discuss the software, share methodologies, and suggest improvements and enhancements on existing versions and future releases.

While we have a good understanding of asset and maintenance management principles, our users are “front line”. They have questions, issues and suggestions that we take seriously. Consequently, we’ve developed a highly-trained support staff that understands user issues and the software. Support questions or issues are usually resolved on the first contact.
