CitiTech provides comprehensive user training for all users, OR Train-the-Trainer training for large organizations. It’s conducted on-site and with web-based training sessions. Training is conducted in a classroom environment with each student having a computer. Lesson plans and hands-on exercises ensure users understand the purpose and function of the software.

Basic
CitiTech’s carefully crafted training contains a complete overview of the software, the basic system and all additional modules purchased.
Thorough
Additional training is recommended 90 days after the initial class, but not required. In the advanced training course users will build on the basic training topics, covering software modules and features in more depth. A wide range of advanced topics and features, including software customization and reports customization can be included.
And Standardized
Specific how-to’s for each module, hands-on portions, and standardized quizzes are included. CitiTech also provides an electronic-format user manual.
