CitiTech Management Software (CMS) is a Windows based platform and has been independently tested by Microsoft to earn a Microsoft Certified Silver Partner status. It is a client/server application that leverages Microsoft’s Smart Client technology to minimize reliance on a stable network.

A: Microsoft’s recommended approach to distributed applications. It can continue to operate when a network is not available. It caches information locally and only accesses the server whenever needed. This not only reduces network traffic, it lessens network dependence. If the network connection is dropped, users can continue to work offline. When a network connection becomes available, CitiTech updates system files with auto-synchronization of data.
